CareCloud Launches All-New Interoperability and Data Exchange Solution for Healthcare Organizations

What You Should Know:

– CareCloud, a provider of healthcare technology and generative AI solution announced the launch of its AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE). The strategic initiative is dedicated to developing and delivering scalable, domain-specific artificial intelligence solutions explicitly purpose-built for the healthcare sector.

– Operating under a dual-shore model, CareCloud plans an ambitious expansion, aiming to scale the AI CoE team to 500 professionals by the fourth quarter of 2025 – a milestone the company believes will establish it as the largest dedicated healthcare AI initiative globally.

Set to Become World’s Largest with 500 AI Professionals

The plan to grow the AI CoE to 500 AI professionals by late 2025 underscores CareCloud’s significant commitment to leadership in healthcare AI. Notably, the company states this major initiative is fully self-funded, a reflection of its strong operating cash flows, disciplined execution, and the scalability of its global delivery model. The AI CoE leverages a dual-shore approach, seamlessly combining global engineering talent with deep, localized healthcare expertise.

Core Focus Areas: Driving Innovation Across the Healthcare Spectrum

The AI CoE will concentrate its efforts on several key areas crucial for transforming healthcare operations and clinical support. These core focus areas include:

  • Proprietary Healthcare AI Models: Developing intelligent, domain-specific models tailored for clinical workflows, revenue cycle management (RCM) processes, and advanced clinical decision support.
  • Automation and Efficiency Gains: Streamlining historically manual and time-consuming tasks such as clinical documentation, medical coding, claims management, prior authorizations, and compliance workflows.
  • Predictive and Preventive Analytics: Utilizing AI to enable earlier identification of potential issues like reimbursement risks, root causes of denials, patient propensity-to-pay challenges, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Smarter Patient and Provider Engagement: Enhancing communication, optimizing scheduling, improving patient education, and boosting satisfaction through AI-driven personalization.
  • Accelerated Innovation Across Platforms: Natively embedding AI capabilities across CareCloud’s suite of Electronic Health Record (EHR), RCM, and digital health products to deliver real-time, scalable value to users.

“Our ground-breaking AI Center officially began operations earlier this month with an inaugural team of over 50 AI engineers, data scientists, and healthcare domain experts, marking a pivotal moment in CareCloud’s journey,” said Hadi Chaudhry, Co-CEO of CareCloud. “The AI Center of Excellence reflects our long-term vision to lead in healthcare transformation. By leveraging 25 years of clinical and financial data, CareCloud is building proprietary, purpose-driven AI solutions that empower providers to deliver better care—faster, smarter, and more efficiently.”
