Mentz brings a wealth of experience, having spent six years at Quartet, a mental healthcare company, where she played a crucial role in its growth from Series A to Series D funding. She further honed her expertise at Calibrate, a metabolic health company, where she led clinical, operations, and strategy teams. Her career began in healthcare consulting at The Advisory Board Company, and she holds a BA from Duke University and an MBA from the Wharton School.
