Teladoc Health Expands Connected Care Partnerships to Enhance Integrated Virtual Care

Teladoc Health Launches Chronic Condition Management Solution

What You Should Know: 

– Teladoc Health announced a significant expansion of its connected care partnerships, adding new categories such as digestive health, centers of excellence, fertility, and family building. 

– The expansion strengthens Teladoc Health’s integrated care offerings and provides its members with seamless access to a wider range of specialized services.

New Partners

The expanded partnerships build on Teladoc Health’s existing collaborations with Hinge Health and Sword Health for musculoskeletal care. New partners joining the program include:

  • Carrot Fertility: Offers personalized support and access to care for various family-building journeys, including pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, fertility, adoption, and menopause.
  • Carrum Health: Connects members with top-tier providers for surgery, cancer treatment, and substance use disorder treatment through a value-based Centers of Excellence (COE) model.
  • Cylinder Health: Provides dynamically updated content and care plans for digestive health, along with access to a dedicated care team, including health coaches, registered dietitians, and GI doctors.
  • Oshi Health: Offers a virtual GI center of excellence with a multidisciplinary team delivering personalized care and interventions for digestive health, backed by an ROI guarantee.
