– The company unveiled the public beta of Zoom Workplace for Clinicians and the select beta of Custom AI Companion for Healthcare, both designed to empower healthcare providers with AI-driven tools and enhance patient care.

Zoom Workplace for Clinicians: Streamlining Clinical Workflows

Zoom Workplace for Clinicians is a comprehensive platform that aims to streamline clinical workflows and reduce administrative burden on healthcare professionals. The platform’s key feature, clinical notes, leverages AI to automate documentation tasks, allowing clinicians to focus more on patient interaction and less on paperwork.

Key capabilities of Zoom Workplace for Clinicians include:

  • AI-powered transcription: Automatically transcribes patient visits, both virtual and in-person.
  • Automated clinical note generation: Generates standardized clinical notes based on medical specialty.
  • Seamless EHR integration: Integrates with select EHR systems for efficient data exchange.
