What You Should Know:

– Keragon, an AI-powered, HIPAA-compliant automation platform for healthcare, has raised $7.5 million in an oversubscribed seed funding round led by Upfront Ventures, with early investors Afore Capital, Focal, and 25m Health doubling down.

– This brings Keragon’s total funding to $10.5 million. Six months since product launch, the company has already surpassed 100 paying customers, is growing at a 30% month-over-month rate, and has successfully executed more than 2 million workflow automations.

Keragon: AI-Powered Automation for Seamless Healthcare Integration

Keragon is a HIPAA-compliant AI-powered healthcare automation platform that enables healthcare professionals to integrate over 300 popular software tools without requiring coding. By streamlining real-time data exchange, reducing administrative burdens, and safeguarding patient information, Keragon enhances operational efficiency and revenue generation for healthcare providers.

“Healthcare providers, front and back office staff are weighed down by a long tail of point solutions that don’t talk to each other and slow down patient care. Keragon turns this fragmentation into a connected ecosystem and is already beloved by numerous clinics, saving hours of manual work,” said Kevin Zhang, Partner at Upfront Ventures.

The platform facilitates seamless integration across electronic health records (EHRs) such as athenahealth, Healthie, Elation Health, and Canvas Medical, as well as scheduling platforms, referral management systems, AI medical scribes, telehealth solutions, patient communication tools, and billing software. By eliminating workflow inefficiencies, Keragon enables healthcare professionals to focus on patient care rather than administrative tasks.

Healthcare providers are already benefiting from Keragon’s automation capabilities. Women’s Mental Health Specialists, a clinic serving over 1,000 patients, has reduced administrative work by five hours per week, enabling faster referrals and achieving a 15% increase in revenue. Other common use cases include:

  • Patient intake and appointment scheduling – Automating administrative workflows to improve patient experience and reduce manual entry.
  • Patient marketing and communication – Enhancing outreach efforts and streamlining patient engagement.
  • Internal notifications and team coordination – Ensuring seamless communication among staff for improved operational efficiency.

By transforming fragmented healthcare systems into a connected ecosystem, Keragon empowers providers to enhance efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and drive revenue growth.
