HelloHero Secures Funding to Expand Access to Mental Healthcare

What You Should Know:

– HelloHero, a provider of technology-enabled mental health and behavioral care solutions, today announced a multi-million dollar investment from Decathlon Capital Partners.

– HelloHero will repay its investment through future revenues, thanks to a flexible funding package from Decathlon Capital Partners. This non-dilutive funding model allows the company to retain full control and ownership while fueling its growth and expansion.

Addressing the Growing Need for Mental Health Services

Founded in 2017, HelloHero offers a comprehensive suite of mental health services to individuals, families, and schools. The company’s innovative approach combines technology with personalized care to deliver accessible and convenient support.

The demand for mental health services has increased significantly in recent years, but access to care remains a challenge for many individuals and families. HelloHero addresses this challenge by:

  • Eliminating waitlists: Provides immediate access to care, ensuring that individuals receive timely support.
  • Offering flexible scheduling: Offers convenient appointment times, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate busy schedules.
  • Accepting insurance: Works with major insurance providers to make mental healthcare more affordable.
  • Utilizing technology: Leverages technology to enhance care delivery and improve access to services.

Expanding Service Capabilities and Reach

With this new funding, HelloHero plans to:

  • Expand service capabilities: Enhance its offerings to provide a wider range of mental health services.
  • Support more school districts: Partner with more schools to provide mental health support to students and staff.
  • Extend geographic reach: Expand its services to new communities and regions.

“Growing up with dyslexia and witnessing my mother struggle with anxiety, I saw firsthand how a lack of access to appropriate care can impact lives,” Mohammed said. “This inspired me to create a service that combines technology and goal-oriented therapy to make affordable, effective behavioral health care accessible to everyone. It’s my life’s dream to build something meaningful that positively impacts communities for generations to come,” said Syed Mohammed, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of HelloHero.
