Carlson Bio/Background
Carlson joined Watershed in 2021 as an advisor and quickly rose through the ranks, serving as interim Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Strategy Officer before her appointment as CEO. She has a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry, having held executive roles at leading organizations such as Modivcare, PayrHealth, Team Select, and CareCentrix.
