O’Meara brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare and technology leadership to her new role. She previously served as CEO of Castlight Health, where she spearheaded the company’s transformation into a market-leading navigation platform. Since joining ParetoHealth, O’Meara has focused on deepening consultant and member engagement, scaling technology and infrastructure, and strengthening the leadership team.
