Knack RCM Acquires HealthyBOS, Expanding Global Footprint and DME Expertise

– Knack RCM, a provider of tech-enabled revenue cycle management (RCM) services, today announced the acquisition of HealthyBOS, a prominent U.S. and Philippines-based RCM provider specializing in the durable medical equipment (DME) sector. 

– The strategic move significantly expands Knack RCM’s global footprint and strengthens its position in the rapidly growing RCM market. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. 

Strategic Acquisition Enhances Service Offerings

With this acquisition, Knack RCM gains access to HealthyBOS’s extensive team of 1,500 employees in the Philippines, significantly increasing its operational capacity and fulfillment capabilities. This expansion allows Knack RCM to offer unparalleled scalability and enhanced operational efficiencies to clients navigating the complexities of revenue cycle management.

HealthyBOS brings deep expertise in the DME RCM market, a sector with unique challenges and regulatory requirements. This acquisition enhances Knack RCM’s ability to serve DME/HME suppliers with specialized solutions tailored to their specific needs.

In addition to expanding its global footprint and DME expertise, Knack RCM will also integrate HealthyBOS’s robust voice-enabled services. This will provide clients with streamlined communication channels, faster resolution times, and an improved overall experience. Tammy Bishop, CEO of HealthyBOS, will continue in a leadership role with Knack RCM, ensuring a smooth transition and continued focus on delivering exceptional client service.
