CoachCare Acquires Revolution Health Solutions, Expanding its Virtual Care Management Footprint

– CoachCare, a provider of remote patient monitoring (RPM), chronic care management (CCM), and other virtual care management services, has announced the acquisition of Revolution Health Solutions, a Texas-based care management company. 

– The strategic acquisition marks CoachCare’s sixth acquisition, further solidifying its position in the rapidly growing virtual care market.

Expanding Services and Expertise

Revolution Health Solutions specializes in RPM, CCM, and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), providing a comprehensive suite of services that align perfectly with CoachCare’s mission to enhance patient outcomes and simplify care management for healthcare providers. This acquisition expands CoachCare’s capabilities and expertise in these key areas, allowing them to:

  • Offer a wider range of services: Provide a more comprehensive suite of virtual care management solutions to healthcare providers.
  • Enhance patient care: Leverage Revolution Health Solutions’ expertise to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
  • Expand geographic reach: Increase its presence in the Texas market and serve a broader range of healthcare providers.
