Health Catalyst Acquires Intraprise Health, Enhancing Cybersecurity Capabilities

– Health Catalyst, a provider of data and analytics technology and services to healthcare organizations, has announced the acquisition of Intraprise Health, a leading healthcare cybersecurity provider. 

– Health Catalyst funded the acquisition with a mix of cash and stock. The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024. 

Enhancing Cybersecurity in Healthcare

Intraprise Health is a leading healthcare cybersecurity company with top ratings in KLAS Research’s Cybersecurity Survey. Combining Intraprise’s expertise with Health Catalyst’s existing capabilities will create a comprehensive cybersecurity solution specifically for the healthcare industry. This solution will help healthcare organizations address pressing challenges related to information security and risk management, enabling them to better protect themselves from cyberattacks. 

Key benefits of the strategic acquisition include: 

Enhanced Security Compliance: The combined expertise will offer a broader set of capabilities to address data security challenges.
