What You Should Know:

– Healthie, an NYC-based provider of API-first EHR, scheduling, and engagement solutions, has secured $23 million in Series B funding led by TCV, with participation from existing investors including Birchmere, Velvet Sea Ventures, and Greymatter, and Watershed.

– Healthie recognizes the importance of collaboration in addressing the complex challenges of healthcare. Its Healthie Harbor marketplace enables third-party developers to integrate their solutions with Healthie’s platform, creating a rich ecosystem of tools and resources for healthcare providers.

Building the Future of Healthcare

Healthie’s platform has experienced significant growth, tripling its market presence since 2022 and powering millions of care appointments. Its API-first approach enables seamless integration with various digital health solutions, streamlining operations and enhancing care delivery.

Supporting Underserved Specialties

Healthie’s platform caters to over 25,000 clinicians in specialties often overlooked by traditional EHRs, including behavioral health, women’s health, nutrition, and family care. To date, the platform has supported care for over 10 million patients and empowered developers to create innovative healthcare solutions through its API, with over 1 billion API calls made monthly.

Funding to Enhance Platform and Expand Capabilities

Healthie will use this new funding to:

  • Enhance its EHR Platform: Further develop its ONC and HITRUST certified EHR, scheduling, and engagement platform.
  • Expand Healthie Harbor: Grow its marketplace of integrated solutions and partnerships.
  • Introduce AI-Powered Solutions: Integrate AI capabilities to streamline workflows, improve patient care, and support value-based care models.

“Healthie’s customers put patient experience and outcomes at the center of care delivery – this is exactly what Healthcare needs, and traditional EHRs were not designed like this.”  says Erica Jain, CEO and co-founder of Healthie. “Innovation in healthcare requires a long-term mindset and we’re proud to support our customers for years to come so they can build long-term relationships with their patients and increase access to important healthcare.”
