– Huma, a global leader in healthcare AI and digital health solutions, has acquired eConsult, a prominent digital-first triage and automated consultation platform used throughout primary and emergency care in the UK.

– The strategic move strengthens Huma’s commitment to transforming the NHS into a proactive, digital-first health system. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Building a Comprehensive Digital Health Ecosystem

This acquisition follows Huma’s previous acquisition of iPlato, a leading provider of digital tools for GP practices across the UK. With these combined capabilities, Huma is now deeply embedded in two-thirds of all primary and secondary care providers in the UK, solidifying its position as a driving force in the digital transformation of the NHS.

Introducing Huma Workspace: A Unified Platform for Digital Health

The Hurley Group Leads the Way

The Hurley Group, a leading innovator in GP practice management, is among the first to adopt the full suite of Huma Workspace solutions.

We believe that when Digital and AI are scaled, they become affordable for both the poor and the rich. Care delivery remains consistent and will help us transition medicine from being reactive to proactive,” said Huma CEO & Founder Dan Vahdat.
