The acquisition will significantly expand the combined entity’s customer base in the US healthcare payer and provider market. Everise will also be able to offer a wider range of healthcare services, encompassing specialty clinics and retail pharmacy businesses. Over 8,000 CGS employees will join Everise, ensuring a seamless transition and transfer of expertise.
