The code is available for free download, reducing barriers for any customer organization to confirm a Veteran’s status, especially in critical emergency situations.
Early adopter Marshfield Clinic Health System is already using the code to identify Veterans during emergency department and urgent care visits, facilitating timely and appropriate treatment.
