West Tennessee Healthcare Expands Use of Xsolis AI Platform for Enhanced Patient Throughput and Collaboration

West Tennessee Healthcare, which implemented Xsolis’ AI platform in July 2022, has expanded its engagement with the company by adopting Dragonfly Navigate. This advanced tool enables healthcare providers to:

– Seamlessly indicate discharge readiness

– Reduce length of stay

– Improve patient throughput

To further enhance efficiency and collaboration, West Tennessee Healthcare has integrated:

– Payer connections and automation to streamline communication with health plan partners

– Xsolis’ Best in KLAS Physician Advisory Services to reduce avoidable denials

Xsolis’ predictive AI capabilities, including the proprietary Care Level Score™, are now leveraged by:

– Utilization review teams

– Case management teams

– Physician advisor teams

These capabilities are also used in collaboration with health plan partners to:

– Save time

– Eliminate unnecessary administrative tasks

– Accelerate medical necessity alignment

This strategic expansion highlights West Tennessee Healthcare’s commitment to optimizing patient care processes and strengthening partnerships with health plan providers through innovative AI technology.
