Study: Virtual Reality Effective for Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

What You Should Know:

– TRIPP, a wellness technology company, announced the launch of Kōkua XR, an AI-powered meditation guide available in virtual reality.

– Building on the success of its mobile version, Kōkua XR leverages TRIPP’s vast dataset of user experiences to deliver highly personalized and interactive meditation sessions.

Kōkua XR: A Personalized Wellness Experience

Named after the Hawaiian concept of selfless care and support, Kōkua XR analyzes users’ mood data to generate real-time reflections and guidance. This adaptive approach ensures that each meditation session is tailored to the individual’s specific needs and evolves over time.

Key features of Kōkua XR include:

  • Hyper-personalized reflections: AI-generated insights based on real-time mood data.
  • Interactive experience: Engaging and immersive virtual reality environment.
  • Continuous improvement: The AI algorithm learns and adapts with each session.

TRIPP has collected mood data from over 11 million wellness sessions, providing a rich dataset for AI development. By analyzing user feedback and behavior, Kōkua XR can deliver increasingly effective and personalized experiences.

Expanding Accessibility

Initially available on mobile and Meta Quest, Kōkua XR will be expanded to additional platforms in the coming months. TRIPP’s commitment to making wellness accessible to all is reflected in its efforts to reach a wider audience with its innovative technology.

“The people who use TRIPP have played a unique role in shaping this technology by sharing their feelings with us. Each session allows our members to embody the collaborative and selfless spirit of Kōkua, enhancing support for themselves and others,” said Nanea Reeves, CEO and Founder of TRIPP. “No path to wellness is the same, and with Kōkua we’re ensuring your journey to supporting your mental and emotional well-being is as unique as you are. It’s not just an upgrade; think of it as a whole new way to approach wellness…personal and able to be accessed and shared across multiple platforms.”
