– Med-Metrix, LLC (“Med-Metrix”), a leading provider of technology-enabled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions acquires Healthcare Receivable Specialists, Inc. (“HRSI”). HRSI is a specialized RCM and patient access company with a strong reputation for its best-in-class Medicaid eligibility services.

– The strategic acquisition strengthens Med-Metrix’s position as a comprehensive RCM provider by adding HRSI’s expertise in eligibility management. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

HRSI brings a wealth of experience to the table, having served healthcare systems in the Mid-Atlantic region for over 25 years. Their commitment to patient advocacy aligns with Med-Metrix’s focus on leveraging technology to maximize reimbursements for healthcare providers.

  • Medicaid Eligibility: HRSI excels in navigating the complexities of Medicaid eligibility, ensuring patients have access to vital healthcare services.
