SAIGroup Acquires Get Well to Power Personalized Care with AI

What You Should Know:

– Enterprise AI investment firm SAIGroup announced today the acquisition of Get Well, a leader in digital patient engagement.

– Get Well currently facilitates over 10 million patient interactions annually across more than 1,000 healthcare organizations. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Aligning with AI Leaders in Healthcare

This acquisition strengthens SAIGroup’s presence in the AI-powered healthcare landscape. Get Well joins SAIGroup’s portfolio alongside ConcertAI (clinical AI and real-world data) and RhythmX AI (personalized care solutions). As part of the acquisition, SAIGroup Founder and CEO Dr. Romesh Wadhwani will assume the role of Chairman at Get Well, while Michael O’Neil remains Get Well’s CEO.

Enhancing Patient Engagement with Advanced AI

The integration of SAIGroup’s award-winning Eureka AI platform into Get Well’s offerings promises a significant boost to the patient experience. Eureka AI’s advanced predictive and generative capabilities will personalize patient engagement throughout their care journey, both within and beyond the hospital setting.

Leveraging Rich Healthcare Data

SAIGroup’s extensive healthcare data trove, encompassing longitudinal data from 300 million patients, 4.4 billion annual claims, and information on over 1.8 million healthcare professionals, empowers Get Well to personalize care recommendations and improve the overall experience for patients and clinicians.

“As part of SAIGroup, Get Well’s mission to transform the patient experience will undergo a rapid transformation with AI,” said Dr. Wadhwani. “This strategic investment underscores SAIGroup’s commitment to innovative AI-driven solutions in healthcare, and highlights our confidence in Get Well as a leader in the digital patient engagement space.”
