What You Should Know:

– Humanaut Health, a high-end health optimization clinic focused on extending healthy lifespans, today announced securing $8.7M in seed funding.

– The Kabech Fund led the investment round, with participation from Midnight Venture Partners, Humanaut’s founders, Tushara Dilanie, and other strategic individual investors.

A Holistic Approach to Longevity

Humanaut’s mission is to empower individuals to live longer, healthier lives. Their approach combines advanced medical science with a holistic and personalized focus. Clinic services include:

  • In-Depth Health Assessments: Humanaut goes beyond basic checkups to provide a comprehensive understanding of each patient’s health.
  • Preventative Care: Emphasis is placed on proactive measures to prevent future health issues.
  • Symptom Management: Humanaut offers solutions to address existing health concerns.
  • Individualized Coaching: Patients receive personalized guidance to optimize their health and well-being.

Funding to Fuel Cutting-Edge Care and National Expansion

The funding will be strategically allocated to support several key areas:

  • Care Model Development: Humanaut will invest in refining its unique care model, which incorporates regenerative medicine, hormone therapy, and personalized lifestyle coaching.
  • Premium Clinic Expansion: The funds will be used to establish membership-based clinics in major US markets, offering comprehensive health assessments, preventative care, symptom management, and ongoing support.
  • Technology and Accessibility: Humanaut plans to invest in digital health services to enhance the patient experience and potentially reach a wider audience.
  • Franchise Opportunities: The investment will also explore potential franchise expansion strategies to accelerate Humanaut’s national reach.

Experienced Leadership Team

Humanaut’s founding team combines entrepreneurial expertise with medical leadership. Inspired by their own experiences navigating health changes after 40, they bring a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to healthy aging. Founders include:

  • Jim Donnelly (CEO)
  • Paul A. Pagnato
  • Amy Killen, MD (Chief Medical Officer)
  • Harry Adelson, ND (Chief of Regenerative Medicine)
  • Tony Cheng
  • Elliot Karathanasis
  • Trey Owen

Their previous ventures, including Restore Hyper Wellness, Archway Health, PagnatoKarp, and United Fitness Partners (UFP), have generated significant financial success.

Looking Ahead: Concierge Services and Nationwide Expansion

Humanaut plans to launch concierge medicine services in early summer, followed by the nationwide rollout of membership-based clinics beginning in Austin, Texas. This investment positions Humanaut to become a leader in the growing field of personalized health optimization and longevity medicine.

“I am thrilled about the interest we received and the impressive group of investors the round brought together,” said Jim Donnelly, Humanaut Health Co-Founder and CEO. “The level of talent and expertise behind the funding will accelerate our ability to scale and become the first nationwide provider of health optimization.”
