What You Should Know:

  • NuraLogix, a global pioneer in Affective Ai1, is pleased to announce the availability of its highly anticipated Anura™ Telehealth solution for integration into healthcare professionals’ telehealth offerings.
  • Powered by its cloud based Affective Ai platform, DeepAffex™, Anura™ Telehealth enables real-time assessment of vital signs during video consultation sessions.

Enhancing the Quality of Video Consultations Using AI-Driven Platforms

The Anura™ Telehealth solution by NuraLogix utilizes their cloud-based Affective Ai platform, DeepAffex™. It gathers facial blood flow data from various devices like smartphones, tablets, or laptops through built-in cameras. DeepAffex™ then employs advanced signal processing and machine learning AI to predict over 100 health parameters, including vital signs such as pulse rate, respiration rate, and blood pressure. Key features of this solution include continuous 2-minute vital sign monitoring during video calls, its own teleconference platform, quick integration with third-party telehealth solutions through a link, and the ability to provide a longitudinal assessment of vital signs rather than just a single snapshot.

“The beauty of this solution is the power of AI-Machine Learning in creating the ability to capture over 100 health parameters with a contactless novel form of rPPG,” said Dr. Keith Thompson, Chief Medical Officer at NuraLogix. “We are seeing how advanced AI technology can be used not to replace clinicians, but rather to simply improve workflows and reduce the administrative burden of capturing patient data and performing chronic disease screening. The devices we normally rely upon to gather this data or capture measurements can now be seamlessly embedded into the telemedicine visit, saving significant time for patients and their doctors.”
