Prior to joining Collective Health, Chris served as CFO and Chief Operating Officer for over five years at Rodan + Fields. Over the duration of his career, Chris served as COO and CFO for a number of notable brands such as Serena & Lily, Orchard Supply Hardware and Restoration Hardware. Chris has substantial experience in leadership roles in public and private companies, steering them through growth, scaling and transformation.
