– Ilumed is one of fifty-three Direct Contracting Entities approved by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as part of CMS’s Global and Professional Direct Contracting Model, which was designed to enhance care quality for Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries while simultaneously reducing costs through risk-sharing arrangements with physicians.
