QGenda Acquires Nurse & Staff Scheduling Platform Schedule360

– QGenda today announced the acquisition of Schedule360, the provider of cloud-based software to automate nurse and staff scheduling. 

– With the addition of nurse and staff scheduling, QGenda will enable healthcare organizations to manage, schedule and optimize the deployment of their entire workforce.  Now, organizations can streamline scheduling processes across the enterprise to better optimize capacity and to improve outcomes through more appropriately matched care teams.

Schedule360’s platform serves hospitals, health systems, and academic medical centers, as well as large national pharmacy chains. The solution includes automated, rules-based nurse and staff scheduling, as well as self-scheduling, shift swaps, and employee preference and request management. The platform also includes workforce tools to calculate productivity and labor costs in real-time and track continuing education, credentialing, and achievement of work targets for all employees.

QGenda’s complete workforce management platform, designed specifically for healthcare, is used by more than 4,000 healthcare customers and includes credentialing, provider scheduling, on-call scheduling, time and attendance, and compensation management. The platform also offers capacity optimization tools including room management, patient encounter management, and analytics to optimize capacity and improve patient access.
