Backpack Health, a cloud-based platform used by people to manage, store and share all of their health information, has partnered with Sticky J to improve its medical ID accessories by engraving a simple URL on it. By wearing designated StickyJ Medical ID accessories engraved with unique URLs that link to their Backpack Health Emergency Share Card, individuals always have their full health records on hand during an emergency or when being admitted to the hospital – and the information is available in Backpack Health’s six supported languages, making travel more accessible for those with complex and chronic conditions.

Partnership Benefits

The Backpack Health platform provides users with an Emergency Share Card to detail their most crucial health information, including any relevant files, images, or documents, and allows them to create and share a unique, secure web address (URL) to provide loved ones and health professionals with access to this information in case of emergency.  Partnering with StickyJ Medical ID takes this offering to the next level by integrating these URLs with attractive wearable accessories, making the patient’s complete health records uniquely accessible at all times – no downloads or logins required.

To ensure successful integration with Backpack Health, StickyJ has carefully selected medical ID jewelry, including medical bracelets, medical ID necklaces, medical tags, and more, that provide the optimal space to accommodate the unique URL.

“Not everyone can list all of their medical information on a medical ID bracelet, and the information changes from time to time as well,” said Barry Torman of StickyJ Medical.  “We are delighted to be partnering with Backpack Health so that our customers can have the most time-critical medical information engraved on their medical alert bracelet along with a unique URL that will help inform EMS and hospital personnel about their other health issues.  We’re especially pleased to be able to bring this service to StickyJ Medical customers at no charge.”
