Diameter Health, a leading enabler of clinical insight through the automated cleansing, de-duplication, and enrichment of clinical data across the care continuum, today announced a partnership with Zen Healthcare IT, a healthcare interoperability technology and consulting firm, to simplify clinical data integration and normalization for its customers.
With technology that can automatically process any clinical data type mapped to its data model, Diameter Health was seeking a partner to complement its processing and delivery of normalized and enriched clinical data at scale. Based on this partnership, Diameter Health can ensure expert integration services are available to its customers. Diameter Health clients include more than fifteen of the nation’s leading health information exchanges (HIEs) as well as Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), health systems, and health plans.
