Redirect Health, the Arizona-based patient-centered medical home network and cost management innovator, has selected CareCloud as its practice management technology partner for their primary care and outpatient surgery centers. Redirect Health is an award-winning, national healthcare company based in Scottsdale that has seen high growth through its Arizona clinics and its novel nationwide health plan solution for small to medium-sized businesses.

CareCloud is supporting Redirect Health through CareCloud Central, its medical practice management solution that streamlines medical billing and automates day-to-day tasks that get in the way of staff productivity. The platform draws upon sophisticated data tracking and analytics to provide customizable and user-friendly reports and dashboards for tracking performance metrics essential to running its efficient healthcare business.

“We started Redirect Health as entrepreneurs and doctors to bring simplicity, transparency and fair predictable healthcare costs to our own businesses. We had to because nobody else would. It wasn’t easy and straight forward, but eventually we showed quality care that is easy and truly affordable is possible, and while giving people a delightful experience,” said Redirect Health President and Co-founder David Berg. “In CareCloud, we found a partner that shares our passion to remove unnecessary complexity and inefficiencies. Their technology is helping us create a better healthcare system for the people who depend on us – and their employers – all around the country.”

Since its founding in 1997, Redirect Health’s original clinics have grown from a two-physician practice to seven locations in Arizona, including four centers that have received the coveted Patient-Centered Medical Home (Level 3) recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). A dozen more member-only clinics are planned throughout Arizona. Redirect Health provides primary care, physical rehabilitation and pain management services to more than 60,000 people in Arizona. But it is their nationwide direct-to-employer division with over 7,000 members that is growing fast since their first customer in 2014.

As it prepares for a new phase of growth, Redirect Health has teamed up with CareCloud to redesign how it tracks and manages financial and administrative workflows, and medical records, at its outpatient care centers and around the country.

“Redirect Health has built a strong business by listening to patients and removing what gets in the way of the patient-provider relationship,” said CareCloud CEO Ken Comée. “We’re delighted to partner with Dr. Berg and his team as they reimagine how to use data and analytics to support their plans to expand their footprint in Arizona and beyond to bring their unique care experience to more people and their employers.”
