drchrono Launches Specialized EHR for Urgent Care Practices

DrChrono Inc., the company enabling the medical practice of the future, today announced a partnership with Cliniconex to bring more modern and mobile benefits to urgent care practices. The Cliniconex and DrChrono integration provides an enhanced mobile EHR experience for urgent care practices.

Cliniconex easily integrates with DrChrono’s cloud-based EHR platform and daily workflow processes. Cliniconex’s automated patient communication, and reporting software not only streamlines pre and post-visit outreach but also offers an extremely customizable solution for preventive patient care and individualized patient health education. Services such as Waiting Room Concierge, Patient Queue, Booking Notifications, Appointment Reminders, Cancellation Notices, Preventive Care Notices, Patient Surveys and Patient Recalls, are all key to the Cliniconex suite of solutions now available on the DrChrono EHR platform.  Cliniconex helps reduce no-shows by up to 50%, making it possible for staff to increase their billing while saving their valuable time from making outbound calls.

Cliniconex’s Waiting Room Concierge, including the Wait Time Display, provide real-time access to the DrChrono EHR calendar toestimate the wait time for the next arriving patient while the automated Patient Queue Display allow patients to see where they are in the queue. Together, these services reduce front desk interruptions and eliminate the need for staff to come up with an estimation and/or manually update the practice group website, allowing them to focus on other important tasks. The Patient Return Message, a complementary service to Patient Queue and available upon request, frees the patient from the walk-in clinic while they wait their turn to see a physician or nurse and be notified that it is time to return to the clinic.

“We are thrilled to be bringing the Cliniconex patient engagement platform to DrChrono customers. From solo practitioners to the largest medical facilities, from family practice to urgent care to specialty medicine, Cliniconex is the most productive way to increase revenue, streamline patient flow, and enhance the patient relationship. Working autonomously in the background, the Cliniconex portfolio of pre-visit reminder options, waiting room solutions, and post-visit follow-up and patient education products, together with DrChrono, help providers focus on quality, patient-centered care,” says Anthony Mar, CEO & Founder of Cliniconex.
