Clinical communication and collaboration platform Doc Halo announced it has rebranded as Halo Communcations. Founded in 2010 by Dr. Barreau and Dr. Amit Gupta, Halo provides secure messaging, VoIP calling, alert management and system-wide on-call scheduling to some of the most prestigious health systems in the country.
“Our vision for the company remains the same: Simplify clinical communication so clinicians can focus on care,” said Dr. Jose Barreau, CEO and Co-Founder of Halo Communications.“We are making this change to better communicate what we do to the marketplace and the healthcare community,” added Dr. Barreau. “But this will not impact the platform’s functionality or user experience.
