Jefferson Health Goes Live on Teladoc's Telehealth Platform to Deliver Real-Time Remote Care

Jefferson Health, a leading academic health system in Pennsylvania and New Jersey has selected Kyruus, a leader in provider search and scheduling solutions to build a comprehensive provider directory and optimize patient-provider matching. Jefferson Health recently completed some significant expansion activity and needed a way to consolidate information about its providers from various sources to improve patient-provider matching. With Kyruus’ solution, Jefferson can create a robust, accurate provider directory that its call center agents can leverage to ensure patients are matched with most appropriate providers based on their unique preferences.

KyruusOne powers the ProviderMatch for Access Centers solution that Jefferson will deploy in its call center to enhance service to patients and streamline agent workflow. Its dynamic search engine will enable agents to match patients with right providers for their unique clinical needs, while also accounting for important logistical requirements (e.g., insurance, location), and preferences (e.g., gender). Agents will also be able to view provider availability and book patients directly into their underlying scheduling systems, simplifying agent workflow while allowing patients to leave the call with a booked appointment – a win-win for the health system and its patients.

“Effectively managing any provider network requires having accurate and easily accessible information about the providers within it,” said Graham Gardner, CEO of Kyruus in a statement. “As organizations like Jefferson Health continue to grow, comprehensive provider data management becomes even more critical. We’re excited to work with the Jefferson team to help them build this foundation, while enhancing patient access to care.”
