iHealth Solutions Acquires Revenue Cycle Company DNA Healthcare

iHealth Solutions, LLC, a Louisville, KY-based healthcare software and services company has acquired the assets of revenue cycle management company DNA Healthcare Inc.(DNAH). The acquisition of the New-Jersey RCM provider will strengthen iHealth’s proprietary technology, as well as increase its customer base with major hospitals and clinics across the East Coast. iHealth Solutions provides revenue cycle management, practice management, credentialing and EHR services to small to large size healthcare practices. 

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. As part of the acquisition, the company has rebranded and will operate under the name of iHealth.

DNA Healthcare proprietary technology solutions include:

DNAH PEETERS (Physician Education Effort Tracking & Enterprise Reporting System), a solution that provides greater efficiency in managing time and tasks, as well as increased accuracy of data by operating in a seamless and integrated manner between Physicians, HR and Finance.

DNAH CCUBE] C3, a one-stop solution for Operating Room Charge Capture, helping providers you plug revenue leakages, ensure accurate capture of data and remove resource dependency.

DNAH MEMENTO, a web based solution providing complete control over inpatient appointments to significantly reduce process, time and cost overheads.
