Medikly Brings Big Data Twist to Virtual Meetings

Medikly brings big data twist to Virtual Meetings announcing the addition of Virtual Panels that raises the bar for how healthcare companies reach, understand, and measure physician engagement.

Medikly, Inc. (Medikly), a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology provider for pharmaceutical brands and agencies, today announced the addition of Virtual Panels to its core platform. Through its cloud-based platform, Medikly combines a suite of social listening, reporting, and data visualization tools with big data analytics to help healthcare marketers better understand, reach, and engage physicians.

“Existing virtual meeting solutions essentially all provide the same functionalities and do little in measuring the impact that drives or demonstrates business value to pharma and medical device companies,” said Venkat Gullapalli, MD, Founder and CEO, Medikly. “With our platform, we’re setting a new baseline and raising the bar on how quickly virtual panels can be implemented and how to measure and gain insights on participant engagement with content and each other. These insights are the true value that healthcare marketers seek through virtual panels.”

What differentiates Medikly’s Virtual Panels is the integration between the platform’s robust set of engagement analytics and its online meeting capabilities, allowing pharma and medical device companies and their agencies to:

  • Quickly and securely conduct online HD meetings
  • Automate all aspects of meeting management, from invitations to assessment
  • Understand who is paying attention
  • Identify influencers in real-time
  • Track real-time participant sentiment

Designed for ease-of-use, Virtual Meetings decrease costs, increase engagement, improve collaboration, and make it possible for marketers to deploy their advisory programs, KOL meetings, and internal collaboration programs in new ways. Meetings conducted using the Medikly platform can also be recorded and archived, stored in the cloud, or published directly to Youtube.com.

“Imagine being able to quickly create virtual meetings, understand and gauge attentiveness, who is influencing whom to what degree, and how your participants feel about the content being discussed,” said Karl Schmieder, Chief Strategic Officer, Medikly. “This is what virtual meetings have been missing and what our life sciences and pharma clients have been requesting.”
