India-based physician search portal Practo is teaming up with on-demand transportation platform Uber to make it easier for consumers to reach doctors, so they never have to worry about running late for an appointment. Starting this week, patients in India, Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines who book an appointment via Practo's app will be able to see the closest Uber available when they get a reminder alert for their appointments.
