GW RhythmX Launches RhythmX Pulse Precision Care AI App on Microsoft Marketplace

What You Should Know

  • Precision Care AI pioneer GW RhythmX has announced the formal availability of its flagship product, RhythmX Pulse, on the Microsoft Marketplace, enabling one-click discovery and rapid cloud deployment for worldwide enterprise health networks.
  • Designed to bypass complex implementation timelines, health systems currently using Microsoft Dragon Copilot can add RhythmX Pulse directly through the marketplace with no separate implementation required.
  • Rather than functioning as a passive ambient documentation tool, RhythmX Pulse checks live encounter dialogue against a patient’s medical history, clinical guidelines, social context, payer rules, and formulary data in real time.
  • The platform automatically translates clinical audio into immediate point-of-care recommendations, surfacing Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding opportunities, documentation improvements, and care-gap alerts before the patient leaves the room.
  • Formed through the merger of Get Well and RhythmX AI, the SymphonyAI Group company leverages a clinical foundation backed by more than 170,000 physician-reviewed clinical validations and longitudinal data spanning 300 million patients.

The Dragon Copilot Integration Layer

The technical strategy driving GW RhythmX rejects standalone data lookup widgets to enforce a highly disciplined, context-aware decision environment. By establishing a direct, zero-implementation architecture for existing Microsoft Dragon Copilot users, RhythmX Pulse operates as a frictionless overlay within the health system’s existing Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.

As the ambient assistant automatically logs the patient encounter, the RhythmX Pulse engine executes a continuous, multi-layered validation sequence before the patient exits the examination room:

  • Real-Time Synthesis: The engine cross-references the live dialogue against the patient’s active electronic health record, identifying hidden care gaps and immediate documentation improvement opportunities.
  • Formulary-Aware Alternatives: RhythmX Pulse scans active payer guidelines and specific insurance formularies in real time, alerting the physician to lower-cost, compliant medication alternatives.
  • HCC and Coding Capture: The platform checks clinical indicators against Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) parameters, surfacing precise risk-adjustment coding suggestions to optimize health system reimbursement.
  • Physician Sovereign Governance: Backed by more than 170,000 physician-reviewed clinical validations, every surfaced recommendation remains fully under the control of the physician, who can accept, alter, or dismiss the prompt in seconds.

“Clinical AI is more than summarization or guideline lookups. Now Dragon Copilot users can get the validated and hyper-personalized guidance they need to deliver frontier precision care in every encounter,” stated Deepthi Bathina, founder and CEO of GW RhythmX. “Clinicians get a clear next best action instead of just a summary or generic guidance.”

The SymphonyAI Network Foundation

The massive market reach supporting this marketplace launch positions GW RhythmX as a dominant force in precision health delivery. Formed through the strategic merger of Get Well and RhythmX AI, the SymphonyAI Group company is already deployed across more than 150 health systems, reaching over 85 million patients—including 8 million U.S. military veterans.

By leveraging SymphonyAI’s foundational infrastructure, the platform draws upon more than $1 billion in dedicated R&D investment and an immense data warehouse encompassing 300 million longitudinal patient profiles, 4.4 billion annual medical claims, and 1.8 million active healthcare professionals globally.

This massive clinical data repository allows the company to seamlessly scale its roadmap. Future phases are set to extend these validated precision recommendations across the entire care continuum—expanding into pre-visit preparation, real-time conversational guidance, care-team coordination, and long-term patient tracking.
