What You Should Know:

– League, a healthcare consumer experience (CX) platform, and Arcadia, a prominent healthcare data platform announced a strategic partnership to transform how consumers engage with their healthcare.

– The collaboration will combine League’s CX expertise and AI capabilities with Arcadia’s comprehensive longitudinal patient records to deliver personalized health recommendations and drive better outcomes.

The Challenge of Consumer-Centric Healthcare

The healthcare industry is undergoing a shift towards a more consumer-centric approach, with an increased focus on personalized care and data-driven decision-making. However, many healthcare organizations struggle to effectively utilize patient data to create meaningful and engaging experiences for consumers.

This partnership between League and Arcadia aims to address this challenge by:

  • Integrating data: Combining Arcadia’s rich longitudinal patient data with League’s CX platform to create a comprehensive view of the consumer’s health journey.
  • Leveraging AI: Utilizing AI to analyze data and generate personalized health recommendations and insights.
  • Driving action: Employing behavioral science and AI to activate consumer engagement and encourage healthy behaviors.

“A complete view of a patient created by aggregating claims, clinical, and other relevant healthcare data improves the accuracy of AI-generated recommendations and allows for an experience that’s more tailored to the consumer’s true needs,” said Michael Meucci, President and CEO of Arcadia. “Functionally, Arcadia acts as the data and analytics hub to provide longitudinal patient records that will drive League’s consumer application with AI-based personalization and engagement to improve the patient experience. We expect our partnership to propel the industry forward by further tapping AI to transform healthcare to be more personalized and consumer-focused.”
