The National Center for Health Workforce Analysis (NCHWA) underscores the critical need for expanding the primary care workforce to improve health outcomes and advance health equity across the United States. By 2036, NCHWA projects a shortage of 68,020 full-time equivalent primary care physicians, advocating for a strategic focus on primary care to enhance the quality of care delivery.

In a related development, a recent report reveals that 38% of healthcare companies lack dedicated recruiting and sourcing teams, while 58% identify the absence of recruiting expertise as their primary challenge. This deficiency significantly hampers the timely hiring of both clinical and non-clinical professionals, affecting the capacity of primary care practices to meet growing demands.

Aledade’s Practice Health Recruiting Solution aims to address these challenges by offering:
