What You Should Know:

– Aeroflow Health, a pioneering healthcare company that leverages cutting-edge technology to support the delivery of medical products and services, today announced a nationwide partnership with health insurance provider, UnitedHealthcare, to connect patients with virtual nutrition services provided by qualified dietitians.

–  UnitedHealthcare Commercial and Medicare patients can now participate in Aeroflow’s medical nutritional therapy program designed to improve health outcomes and support long-term wellness.

Aeroflow Health and UnitedHealthcare Partner to Expand Access to Personalized Nutrition Care

Aeroflow Health has partnered with UnitedHealthcare to make personalized nutrition support more accessible to patients across the United States. The initiative offers virtual nutrition counseling sessions that allow individuals to evaluate their complete health profiles from home. Each session covers key lifestyle factors including medical and nutrition history, sleep patterns, weight goals, stress management, hydration, and physical activity. The program is particularly designed for individuals who benefit most from dietary guidance, such as those managing chronic conditions like diabetes.

Nutrition remains one of the most powerful yet underutilized tools in both the prevention and management of chronic disease. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), proper nutrition is among the top strategies for preventing chronic illnesses, which account for nearly 70 percent of annual deaths in the United States. Expanding access to nutrition education and coaching is therefore a critical step in improving public health outcomes nationwide.

“We are thrilled to collaborate with UnitedHealthcare to make personalized nutrition care more accessible for patients across the country,” said Amanda Minimi, VP of Health Solution Marketing & Operations at Aeroflow Health. “Nutrition can truly transform lives, yet access to qualified dietitians and evidence-based nutrition support remains limited for many communities. Through this partnership, we are able to meet patients where they are. Every patient’s health journey is unique, shaped by lifestyle and genetics, and Aeroflow’s holistic approach aims to make preventive care more attainable and capable of producing lasting results.”

Aeroflow Health engages with over one million patients annually through an integrated model of care that combines nutrition counseling with a comprehensive range of medical and wellness products, including continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), breast pumps, incontinence supplies, and CPAP equipment. By delivering this coordinated approach, Aeroflow empowers individuals to take active control of their health and long-term well-being.
