Prior to joining Strive, Marchetti served as President of CarelonRx at Elevance Health, where he led the pharmacy division. During his tenure, he demonstrated exceptional leadership by achieving significant business growth, expanding the division by 180% over three years. Earlier in his career, Marchetti held senior executive positions at prominent healthcare organizations including New Century Health, Aetna, and UnitedHealth Group. His experience in these roles encompasses driving revenue growth, managing national provider and value-based networks, and scaling clinical operations and strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A) efforts.
Jen Browne Promoted to Chief Operating Officer
In addition to Marchetti’s appointment, Strive Health has promoted Jen Browne to the position of Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Browne will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and ensuring the effective execution of its business strategies. Browne’s career at Strive Health has been marked by significant contributions. Before her promotion, she served as the company’s President of Market Operations.
Browne possesses a strong background with expertise in various critical areas of healthcare management, including quality and risk adjustment, disease management operations, and medical expense management. Her previous experience includes positions at DaVita Medical Group, Advisory Board, and Novant Health.
