What You Should Know:

– eClinicalWorks®, an ambulatory cloud EHR provider, today announced that Florida-based Pediatrica Health Group has chosen its intelligent Cloud and AI-driven Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to further improve care coordination and expand access to comprehensive pediatric care across its growing network.

– With a strategic vision for continued exponential growth, Pediatrica’s decision to adopt a robust EHR solution underscores its commitment to thoughtful and effective expansion.

Implementation to Facilitate Enhanced Access to Pediatric Care

The implementation of eClinicalWorks and its suite of healow® solutions is set to optimize operational efficiency and elevate the patient experience across all of Pediatrica Health Group’s locations in Florida. A key component of this integration is Sunoh.ai, an AI-powered medical scribe seamlessly embedded within the eClinicalWorks EHR. This innovative tool will empower Pediatrica’s providers by streamlining clinical documentation during both in-clinic and telehealth patient encounters.

The user-friendly nature and comprehensive capabilities of the eClinicalWorks platform were pivotal in Pediatrica Health Group’s technology strategy. The ease of integration and the robust features offered by eClinicalWorks made it a clear choice for supporting their mission of providing exceptional pediatric care.

“Part of delivering a Next Generation CareSM experience means equipping our teams and our patient families with the latest healthcare technology to reduce administrative burdens for providers and ease accessibility to personal health information and resources for families,” said Roberto L. Palenzuela, founder and CEO of Pediatrica Health Group. “As we continue to expand our services and locations, it is imperative that we establish a foundation that sets every practice and patient up for success. We have selected eClinicalWorks as our healthcare IT partner across all locations to deliver operational efficiency and a seamless, patient-centered experience to all of our families.”
