JLL Forms Healthcare Center of Excellence for Leasing Advisory Business

– JLL, a professional services firm, announced the formation of its JLL Healthcare Center of Excellence to provide a deeper level of resources and specialized expertise to its health system and healthcare provider clients across the nation.

– The company has appointed Executive Managing Director Brannan Moss to lead this national initiative. 

JLL Healthcare Center of Excellence & Leadership

The JLL Healthcare Center of Excellence (COE) will serve as a central hub for specialized knowledge and expertise, focusing on representing healthcare occupier clients throughout the U.S. The COE will collaborate with JLL’s local market healthcare Leasing Advisory experts and healthcare partners across various JLL business lines to deliver fully integrated solutions. The goal is to create and implement optimal real estate portfolio strategies for healthcare occupiers nationwide.

Brannan Moss will oversee the COE’s offerings, including strategic advisory services such as the advanced data analytics platform OneMapIQ for Healthcare. He will also lead a specialized team focusing on healthcare location analytics, market strategy, complex healthcare transactions for medical office and land, ground-up development advisory, portfolio optimization, and portfolio account management.
