– The collaboration will enable eligible Teladoc Health members enrolled in the Comprehensive Weight Care Program to receive convenient and affordable access to this FDA-approved medication.
Streamline Access to Tirzepatide for Weight Management
Tirzepatide is a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist that has shown significant efficacy in clinical trials for weight loss. However, access to this medication can be challenging for some individuals due to insurance coverage limitations or high costs.
Through this partnership, eligible Teladoc Health members who are prescribed tirzepatide by their Teladoc Health provider can have single-use vials delivered directly to their homes through Gifthealth. This streamlined process eliminates the need for patients to visit a pharmacy and simplifies access to this important medication.
