– The collaboration leverages several cornerstone products of Hyland’s unified Content Innovation Cloud, empowering HCA Healthcare UK to streamline processes, reduce costs, and drive scalability for future growth.

HCA UK Background

HCA Healthcare is the largest private healthcare provider globally, with a vast network of hospitals and clinics. HCA UK, comprising over 30 facilities in London and Manchester, already utilizes Hyland’s enterprise medical imaging solutions, Acuo and NilRead, to provide clinicians with real-time access to critical patient data. This expanded partnership extends Hyland’s capabilities to HCA’s financial operations, further enhancing efficiency and productivity across the organization.

AI-Powered Automation for Enhanced Efficiency

Hyland’s AP solutions leverage advanced AI-powered automation to transform HCA Healthcare UK’s financial workflows. Key components of this solution include:

  • Brainware: Intelligent capture software that classifies, validates, and extracts data from invoices and other financial documents.
  • Hyland OnBase: A content services platform that organizes and optimizes content and processes, providing a centralized repository for financial information.
  • Hyland Content Portal: Enables secure, regulated access to financial documents for employees and vendors, streamlining collaboration and communication
