Steve Filler: Driving Strategic Vision and Operational Excellence

Filler brings over two decades of leadership experience in the healthcare technology industry to his role as COO. He will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the executive team: Executing symplr’s strategic vision and driving operational excellence across the organization.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations: Ensuring efficient and effective operations across all departments.
  • Aligning product and engineering: Bridging the gap between product development and engineering to deliver high-value solutions for healthcare providers and patients.

Filler joins symplr from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he served as Managing Director & Partner and a global leader in Digital Health. His impressive career also includes leadership roles at Practice Fusion, Accenture, and JPS Health Network.

Matt Grill: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

Grill brings extensive experience in operations management, organizational development, and service delivery to his role as CDO. He will focus on:

  • Overseeing product and service delivery: Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of symplr’s solutions to customers.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction: Implementing strategies to improve the customer experience and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Driving operational efficiency: Optimizing processes and workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Grill joins symplr from UKG, where he spent eight years in senior leadership roles, transforming the company’s delivery and customer experience. His experience also includes leadership positions at Experian Data Quality and Vista Equity Partner portfolio companies.
