RLDatix Acquires Digital Care Management Platform Carebeans

What You Should Know:

– RLDatix, a global leader in connected healthcare operations software and services, has announced the acquisition of Carebeans, a UK-based provider of digital care planning and management software.

– The acquisition strengthens RLDatix’s position as a comprehensive solution for healthcare organizations, addressing critical compliance, risk, governance, and workforce management needs.

Addressing Industry Challenges

The acquisition comes at a time when healthcare providers are increasingly seeking integrated digital solutions to improve efficiency and quality of care. Carebeans, renowned for its innovative care planning and management software, was one of the first in its category to be included on the National Health Service’s assured supplier list. Its expertise in this area will complement RLDatix’s existing suite of compliance, risk, governance, and workforce management solutions.

By combining RLDatix’s and Carebeans’ strengths, the company offers a comprehensive platform that addresses the critical needs of the industry. The combined offering provides healthcare organizations with a single platform for:

  • Comprehensive care planning and management: Leveraging Carebeans’ expertise to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • 24/7 compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulations through automated policy updates and digital audits.
  • Workforce optimization: Managing staff schedules and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
  • Specialized care support: Offering dedicated tools for managing conditions such as dementia.

By integrating these solutions, RLDatix aims to alleviate the pressures faced by care providers, including increased inspections and potential closures, by providing a robust and compliant platform.

“The value fit between Carebeans and RLDatix was immediately clear – not just the commitment to delivering integrated health and care solutions, but the shared focus on empowering providers to deliver higher-quality and safer care for patients and those receiving social care,” said Nick Lawford, Chief Executive at Carebeans. “Our combined resources, strategic expertise and innovative products leaves me feeling excited about the future trajectory of our industry.”
