Dennis Richter: Chief People Officer

Dennis Richter has a wealth of experience in people operations and a proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and employee support initiatives. Prior to joining Fullscript, Dennis served as the chief people officer at Ad Hoc, and held significant roles as Meta’s head of global people operations and Google’s technology program manager. His extensive background in leading global teams and his passion for innovative solutions are expected to foster an invigorating workplace culture at Fullscript. In his new role, he will transform how Fullscript builds and delivers value within the company and for its people.

Christopher Catallo: Chief Commercial Officer

Christopher Catallo joins Fullscript with a robust background in digital health. As the former CEO and chief digital officer of HealthNxt, a Tech Mahindra company, Chris has been instrumental in simplifying the digital health experience and driving patient engagement through technology. For over seven years, he also served as president and chief commercial officer at Healthgrades, a leading online resource for comprehensive information about physicians and hospitals. His visionary leadership will play a critical role in advancing Fullscript’s strategy. As chief commercial officer, Chris will oversee the sales, marketing, and client services functions, serving as a growth leader for the business.

Steven Eisenberg: General Counsel

Fullscript also welcomes Steven Eisenberg as general counsel, helping advance the company’s strategic initiatives and providing essential legal guidance and oversight. Steven has decades of experience helping companies achieve their business objectives while effectively managing risk and advising healthcare business leaders on the role of legal and compliance and how it supports the business. Steven will contribute to overall business strategy and advise on a range of healthcare and business matters, including strategic transactions and growth initiatives, partnerships, enterprise risk and overall corporate structure and governance.
