–              Suki Platform enables healthcare technology solutions like electronic health record systems (EHRs) to incorporate Suki’s AI and voice experiences within their solutions. Bond Vet Integrates Suki’s Voice AI into Vetspire EHR Platform

Bond Vet, a prominent provider of veterinary urgent and primary care services in North America, has become the first customer to integrate Suki’s Software Development Kit (SDK) into its Vetspire Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform. This collaboration aims to seamlessly incorporate voice AI capabilities into veterinary care.

As a leading healthcare AI platform, Suki’s technology will enhance Bond Vet’s clinical operations by enabling ambient note generation, dictation, and other efficiency-boosting features. Suki’s system listens to patient-clinician conversations, automatically generates note suggestions, and employs Siri-like commands to expedite time-consuming tasks. The SDK allows customers to embed Suki’s advanced functionalities into their existing solutions, thereby improving the clinician experience and integrating voice AI into their workflows.

Suki’s patented technology leverages the latest advancements in AI and voice recognition, specifically tailored for the healthcare sector to deliver exceptional accuracy. The user experience is designed to be highly flexible, accommodating a diverse range of workflows, and the integration expertise eliminates the need for manual note transfers. Clinicians using Suki report increased satisfaction with their EHR systems, reduced documentation burdens, and overall job satisfaction. Recently, the Suki Assistant received a 93.2 overall performance score from KLAS, with users highlighting product quality and integration support as key benefits.

This partnership with Bond Vet follows several significant announcements from Suki, including collaborations with Amwell and MEDITECH. Suki’s technology is applicable across 99 specialties and various clinical settings, such as ambulatory care, telehealth, skilled nursing facilities, home health, inpatient care, and veterinary medicine.

By integrating Suki’s voice AI into its EHR platform, Bond Vet is poised to significantly enhance its clinical efficiency and overall quality of care, setting a new standard in veterinary healthcare technology.
