Enhancing Healthcare Efficiency and Quality: The Impact of Suki’s Seamless Integration with Epic at RUSH

Suki’s impact spans throughout healthcare, offering clinicians indispensable time-saving functionalities. By automating laborious tasks, Suki enables medical professionals to dedicate more focus to patient care. Furthermore, its capabilities produce thorough documentation, enhance reimbursement rates, and more.

Notably, users witness a significant decrease in claim denials, with a notable 48 percent reduction in amended encounter rates. With seamless bidirectional integration with Epic, Suki seamlessly integrates into RUSH’s workflows. Clinicians can pre-chart in Epic and complete their notes in Suki, or commence a note in Suki and import the latest data, including vitals and lab results, from the EHR, ensuring notes are precise and comprehensive. Its advanced technology and smooth integration guarantee efficient operations, resulting in a noteworthy 72 percent decrease in documentation time. This integration empowers RUSH clinicians to enhance efficiency and deliver top-notch, personalized care – spanning across over 30 specialties from disease management to preventive measures.

“After using other AI documentation solutions, Suki stood out to us for its depth of integration with Epic, ability to do more than documentation, and competitive cost. We understand the profound impact that AI solutions can have on our clinicians as well as patient care and are excited to introduce Suki to our network,” said Bina Desai, MD, Chief Medical Informatics Officer of RUSH. “Our commitment to providing the best care stands at the core of everything we do, so we are excited to see how the solution will boost engagement and reduce burnout”.
