With a Doctoral Degree in Public Health Leadership from the University of Illinois, Chicago, a Master of Science Degree in Healthcare Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Nursing Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Nursing, Gall possesses a strong educational foundation.
