The Laudio platform represents a groundbreaking solution aimed at streamlining the work of frontline leaders and implementing the best practices of leadership. Northwell Health chose to implement it as part of its ongoing efforts to empower frontline leaders and improve employee engagement. The introduction of this new solution was met with an enthusiastic reception from Peconic Bay Medical Center’s frontline leaders, who quickly adopted it.
This swift adoption led to significant positive outcomes for their teams: nurse retention rates increased across the board, with the most active Laudio users seeing an average improvement of 10 points in year-over-year RN retention rates. The resulting cost savings surpassed $1M within the initial six months alone. Looking ahead, the expansion of the system is set to encompass more than 20 hospitals and over 600 ambulatory sites by 2024.
