What You Should Know:

  • Solera Health, the premier technology platform for connecting people seamlessly and easily to health solutions that work, today announced a collaboration with Aon (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm.
  • This joint effort helps more employers deliver personalized employee health experiences and optimize health outcomes for the most common chronic conditions.

Aon and Solera HALO™ Collaborate for Streamlined Employee Health Management

Through the integration of Solera HALO™ omni-condition management platform with Aon’s Health Risk Navigator predictive analytics tool, employers can leverage advancements in digital health. This partnership offers access to Solera’s meticulously curated network of clinically validated resources, enabling the identification and engagement of high-risk employees. Aon will amalgamate Solera’s solution engagement, utilization, and clinical data with employers’ medical and pharmacy data to assess health outcomes and the return on investment for health services utilized by their employees.

This collaboration aims to streamline the healthcare experience for employees utilizing these resources. According to a recent nationwide survey by the Business Group on Health, U.S. employers express growing concerns (46%) regarding the lack of integration among virtual care vendors, with many (43%) feeling overwhelmed by the plethora of solutions available in the market.

The Solera HALO platform serves as a beacon amidst the noise of a crowded point solution market, offering a simplified digital health ecosystem that delivers more efficient and effective results for improved employee health. Solera’s acuity matching algorithms tailor personalized condition solutions for each employee, enhancing clinical outcomes and reducing unnecessary costs. Integrated reporting fosters transparency and vendor accountability, providing employers with clearer insights into what strategies are effective within their workforce population.

“Our mission is to provide valuable, effective and cost-efficient solutions that meet employers’ needs while delivering the very best benefits for employees,” said Kevin Fyock, North American innovation leader for Health Solutions at Aon.  “We know organizations face growing pressures to rein in employee benefit costs and sought a collaborator that could help curate and integrate effective, high performing digital health solutions to support clients’ unique needs.”
