Aon and Solera HALO™ Collaborate for Streamlined Employee Health Management

Through the integration of Solera HALO™ omni-condition management platform with Aon’s Health Risk Navigator predictive analytics tool, employers can leverage advancements in digital health. This partnership offers access to Solera’s meticulously curated network of clinically validated resources, enabling the identification and engagement of high-risk employees. Aon will amalgamate Solera’s solution engagement, utilization, and clinical data with employers’ medical and pharmacy data to assess health outcomes and the return on investment for health services utilized by their employees.

This collaboration aims to streamline the healthcare experience for employees utilizing these resources. According to a recent nationwide survey by the Business Group on Health, U.S. employers express growing concerns (46%) regarding the lack of integration among virtual care vendors, with many (43%) feeling overwhelmed by the plethora of solutions available in the market.

The Solera HALO platform serves as a beacon amidst the noise of a crowded point solution market, offering a simplified digital health ecosystem that delivers more efficient and effective results for improved employee health.
